Nice sound. The sound from the tape very close to the original from CD or record.
Easy to use even for inexperienced users.
Fantastic on popular tapes Type II like Maxell XLII or Sony UX-S.
The sound of the type IV tape is amazing. Only higher Nakamichi models sounds better.
The sound on the type I tapes is nice but I racomended use a higher types of them as TDK AR-X, That's CD IF Suono or Sony HF-S etc.
In relation price to the sound quality top of the best buy. This deck souds better than a lot of popular 3 heads Japanese and Europan models
A practically failure-free maschine.
After 23 years of use, not a single fault.
Cons: No real-time counter. Pre-owned are expensive to buy.
