Very clean sounding pair of speakers. I bought these used a year ago, to use as my music speakers in a setup which includes 2 Talk Electronics Tornado 3 monoblocks, running off a Marantz SR8002 AV amp as the pre-amp, with my surround speakers going through that (Ruark Prologue Ones, and Dialogue One as c speaker), I wasn't sure how good they would sound in comparison, but in music especially, they are very very good. The top end is so crisp and natural, not too bright, not too brash. The mids are so clear, such a beautiful sound stage, all instruments sound individual. The bass is very clean too, though not quite as much as the Ruarks had, but nothing a good pair of M&K MX70B subs won't sort out. Overall a lovely pair of speakers.
